You were drunk. You did not know what to expect. People were prob’ly messing with you too. Or if you were alone you were messin’ with yourself. Your thoughts determine what you feel in such cases.
But yeah, the pot will make you more aware of things. Being hyperalert can cause panic.
Next time forget the alcohol. Its a real downer, actually and figuratively.
And RELAX. That’s the point of smoking pot, to relax. You prob’ly expected to get caught or something.
